Purposes of data processing by the responsible authority and third parties
We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- you have given your express consent,
- the processing is required to execute a contract with you,
- the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation,
the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data.
Deletion or blocking of data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for in the various legal storage periods. After the respective purpose or expiry of these periods, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with statutory regulations.
Capturing general information when visiting our Internet-based application (called website here)
When you access our website, general information is automatically collected by means cookies. This is exclusively information which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Web analysis with Matomo
This website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open source software for statistical analysis of visitor access. Matomo uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is stored on a server in Germany.
When calling up individual pages of our website, the following data is stored:
- the website called up
- the anonymised IP address of the calling system of the user
- the website from which the user accessed the website (referrer). This is only possible if you have not prevented it by means of a browser setting.
- which sub-pages are accessed from the accessed website
- how often the website is accessed
- the length of time spent on the website

The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is stored. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the shortened IP address to the calling end device.
You have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by changing the settings of your browser software. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. We would like to point out that not all functions of this website may be available if the corresponding setting is made.
