- Information about your data stored by us and its processing,
- Correction of inaccurate personal data,
- Deletion of your data stored with us,
- Restriction of data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations,
- Revocation against the processing of your data by us and
- Data transferability if you have consented to data processing or have concluded a contract with us.
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
You can always contact your local regulatory authority with a complaint. Your respective supervisory authority depends on your state of residence in Germany, your work or the alleged infringement. Purposes of data processing by the responsible authority and third parties
- you have given your express consent,
- the processing is required to execute a contract with you,
- the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation,
the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data.
Deletion or blocking of data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for in the various legal storage periods. After the respective purpose or expiry of these periods, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with statutory regulations.
Capturing general information when visiting our Internet-based application (called website here)
When you access our website, general information is automatically collected by means cookies. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and similar information. This is exclusively information which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the content you have requested from websites and is mandatory when using the Internet. They are processed in particular for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
- Ensuring a smooth use of our website,
- Evaluation of system security and stability as well as

The user data collected in the above-mentioned manner is anonymised by means of technical precautions and not stored together with other personal user data. The data can therefore no longer be assigned to the calling user. The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest from the forementioned purposes for data collection. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about you or your company. The recipients of the data are only the responsible body and, if applicable, the contract processor.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Web analysis with Matomo
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is stored on a server in Germany.
When calling up individual pages of our website, the following data is stored:
- the website called up
- the anonymised IP address of the calling system of the user
- the website from which the user accessed the website (referrer). This is only possible if you have not prevented it by means of a browser setting.
- which sub-pages are accessed from the accessed website
- how often the website is accessed
- the length of time spent on the website
- other data transmitted by the user's browser, e.g. country, language or browser used, type of terminal device (e.g. computer, mobile phone).
The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is stored. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the shortened IP address to the calling end device.
You have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by changing the settings of your browser software. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. We would like to point out that not all functions of this website may be available if the corresponding setting is made.

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
If you contact us by e-mail with any questions, please give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting us. A valid e-mail address is required for this purpose. This is used to assign the request and then reply to it. The specification of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply for your next visit.
